PLEASE READ

-PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SINGLE VCV RECORDINGS ON THIS LIST

THEY ARE NOT A PROPER SUBSTITUTE FOR AN ACTUAL VCV RECLIST IF YOU WISH TO RECORD A VCV VOICEBANK

I RECOMEND THAT YOU USE AN ALREADY ESTABLISHED LIST AS IT IS BOUND TO BE MORE USEFUL THAN THIS LIST COULD BE IN THAT ASPECT

PLEASE DO LOOK AT RITSU'S 7-MORA LIST OR LOKE'S 5-MORA AS AN EXAMPLE

THIS LIST NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED TO PROPER VCV STANDARDS AND SHOULD NOT BE THE MAIN USE FOR A VCV VOICE I AM SORRY FOR ANY TROUBLE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED-

-SHORTENED VERSION HAS BEEN MADE AND ADDED TO THE DESCRIPTION IF YOU ARE NEW TO UTAU I SUGGEST USING THAT FIRST

-THE LIST HAS BEEN UPDATED TO SUPPORT SINGLE VCV RECORDINGS NOT STRINGS HOPE IT HELPS ^_^;-

Update 7/23/12: I have added a disclaimer for the single VCV sample but I will reiterate here please DO NOT USE THIS LIST FOR A STAND ALONE VCV VOICE IF ANYTHING USE RITSU'S OR LOKE'S VCV RECLIST THIS IS NOT A PROPER LIST FOR VCV AND SHOULD NOT BE MISTAKEN AS SUCH ONCE AGAIN I AM SORRY FOR ANY TROUBLE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update 6/26/12: okay so I updated the list to support single VCV recordings ^_^; I hope this helps the recordings are not stringed because I don't understand the stringing well enough to write it out so I hope this is a bit more helpful now I will add more if I think of more or it comes to my attention so thanks for viewing and I hope you find it useful
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update 6/13/12: well it's been a while since I have updated but I now have an update I will add single vcv samples to the list as opposed to the strings since I have no way of writing full strings myself anyway I made a shortened version of this list that holds only the samples you will need for a bank the link is here -> [link] <- Shortened list so enjoy that ^_^
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update 7/6/11: sorry everyone i don't know how this got past me but the list was missing the " shi " files they are there now and i'm sorry that got by me ^_^;

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update 4/25/11: added three letter wa files ex.( swa swe swi ect)

and two files for the begining of a VCV lite section which will be updated after i study VCV banks a little more

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update 4/18/11: added a true VC section to the reclist and am considering putting a VCV lite ( really should and will but i haven't made a VCV bank before so it'll be hard ) and this bank will probably be updated normally now since it won't be an acual ultimate reclist if it stops updating so here we go

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update: 4/6/11: added three letter ya files like bya byo ect and put the rr instead of r thanks to advice from :iconpockysensei: i think by now i have covered almost all the bases but i am not sure if you find anything let me know so this may be the final update for this reclist

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Update 3/24/11: when useing this reclist DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT RECORD AN "r" file this causes and error in UTAU that make it so that when it is rendering it will skip over all of the rests meaning that the silence will be gone

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

update 3/9/11: found some important samples i forgot srry so yeah when you make a bank you now need the ones listed previously and

the hya's kya's and rya's once again my bad

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

so yeah i was about to record Daichi Katona's Act 3 bank and i didn't want to search for a reclist so i desided to try my hand at reclist making so yeah it you do NOT have to use all the samples to make a fully functional bank you only need

a e i o u n

the CV recordings

the sha samples

tsu samples

and cha samples

yeah now that i made it i kinda realize it would have been eaisier to find one but hey thats good news for you i hope you find it of use oh and if you use it please pm me the video of the released bank and you do not have to credit me ( unless you want to ^_^ ) so uh yeah enjoy

in the case of this it would be the second but if what you're after is true VCV I'd recommend you use a real VCV list with strings as this is mostly supplementation for an unnecessarily heavy CV bank I'd suggest ritsu's 7-mora list as there is a romaji version of it. ^-^

How do you oto the english recordings? For "Want" it ends in a Consonant so do I oto it like a VC? I'm not really a noob at utau but this confuses me.

The way I otoed it was to configure it as if it were a "wa" sample and put the end cut-off at the very end of the sample so the "t" sounds wasn't cut out. ^-^/

I totally don't know what CV and the rest under the single recording.
Is that for certain songs or most of them?
It looks hard and I just want to make a few songs with my utatu..

Hi there sorry for the late reply I don't really understand your question but from what I can gather you are asking if you need to record all of the samples listed here, you do not need to record all of these samples to make a fully functional UTAU if anything you'd only need to record the samples listed on the abridged list omegaflash4.deviantart.com/art… I hope that helps. ^-^

Like, If it had 'fya' in the song but I haven't record it.

Maybe since you call this the "Ultimate UTAU Reclist", you should do English and possibly other languages (If you can really be bothered XD)

I've gotten that comment before actually, the thing is that other users like CZ have been working hard to create lists for languages such as English and such that have already exceeded what I could even hope to attempt too accomplish. The term "Ultimate" is more due to the fact that this list has way more samples to it than any voicebank would legitimately need. ^-^;

Mora means how many samples are in a string examples would be

4 - Mora

a e i o

6 - mora

a e i o u n

7 - mora

a a e i o u n

Does that help ^-^;
